Lip Blush is a specialized technique using an electric tool to mimic the look of a soft lip colour.  Lip Blush is a semi permanent tattoo. Pigment fades about 50-70% leaving behind a beautiful tint of colour.  Choose between a variety of colours; pinks, reds, corals, neutrals and many more.
